Practice Management Academy Part 2

This is the second day of our three day Practice Management Academy,
New Zealand’s only dental specific management academy. In February we
focussed on People Management. In September we will consider Patient
Management. In this workshop we cover Business Management.

We will look at new patients – how to get them, how much to spend, and how to track your investment. We will investgate treatment co-ordinator tools. We will cover key data points and financial basics, including managing cash flow and forecasting for capital expenditure. We will finish up with software options and a look at AI tools.

This workshop is designed with practice managers, practice administrators,
practice owners and aspiring practice owners in mind.
