Practice Management Academy Part 1

This is the first day of our three day Practice Management Academy, New Zealand’s only dental specific management academy.

In June we will focus on Business and Compliance Management. In October we will look at Patient Management and the Patient Experience.

This workshop deals with managing people.

Learning how to shift your leadership style in real time to suit different people, pressures and performance demands.

Using advanced leadership tools to make better decisions, handle complexity and lead with greater precision.

Developing the skills to manage conflict confidently and constructively before it impacts culture and performance.

Mastering the Personal Growth Meeting to drive ownership engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
